What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Sample orders start from 1 piece. For custom printed tents, most clients start at 5–10 units to get the best unit price. We also support mixed-size container orders.

How long does production take?

Custom printed canopies: 12–18 days after artwork approval and deposit. Blank stock items can ship within 3–5 days. Peak season may add a few days — we always confirm the exact date before you pay.

Can you print my logo? What file do you need?

Yes — full-color digital sublimation, screen printing and heat transfer are all done in-house. Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) are ideal, but we can redraw low-resolution logos for free.

Do you ship to my country? What about import tax?

We ship worldwide by sea, air and express. DDP service is available for the US, EU, UK, AU and Canada — you pay nothing on arrival; tax and customs are handled by us.
