What is the MOQ for custom printed canopies?
Sample orders start from 1 piece. Most clients start at 5–10 units to get the best unit price. Mixed sizes can be combined in one container.
How is my logo printed on the tent?
We offer full-color dye-sublimation (best for photos and gradients), screen printing (best for 1–3 spot colors) and heat transfer. Vector files (AI/PDF/EPS) are ideal — we can redraw low-res logos free of charge.
Can the frame survive strong wind?
Our 40/50mm hexagonal aluminum frames are tested for outdoor event use. For exposed sites we recommend sandbags (4 per tent) or stake kits, and taking the canopy down in storms over 50 km/h.
How long is production?
12–18 days after artwork approval and deposit for printed orders. Blank stock tents can ship in 3–5 days. We confirm the exact date in writing before you pay.
