How an order runs
From enquiry to delivered container, a typical custom order moves through six stages.
- 1. Enquiry and specification โ you send quantity, size and artwork. We reply within one business day with pricing, carton dimensions and gross weight.
- 2. Free design and 3D mock-up โ our designers lay your artwork onto the canopy panels so you can see panel breaks and colour placement before printing. Low-resolution logos are redrawn at no charge.
- 3. Sample and approval โ a pre-production sample is produced and photographed, and physical samples can be couriered when you need to inspect fabric by hand. Typical sample lead time is five to seven days.
- 4. Production โ printing, cutting, stitching and frame assembly. Printed orders usually ship 12 to 18 days after artwork approval and deposit.
- 5. Quality control โ every unit is opened, assembled and inspected before packing, then folded, bagged and cartoned.
- 6. Shipping โ FOB Shenzhen and Yantian as standard, with CIF and door-to-door delivery available on request.

Sample orders start from one piece at sample pricing. Most brands move to five to ten units per design to reach volume pricing, and different sizes can be combined in one order and one shipment.
How long does production take?
Printed orders normally ship in 12 to 18 days after artwork approval and deposit. Blank canopies from stock can be dispatched in three to five days. The exact date is confirmed in writing before payment.
Can you produce custom sizes, not just standard 10x10?
Yes. As the factory we cut and print fabric to your dimensions, so non-standard footprints, heights, custom leg profiles, special colours and OEM packaging are all possible. Send a drawing or a competitor sample and we will quote against it.
Do you offer samples before mass production?
Yes. A pre-production sample is produced and photographed for your approval, and physical samples can be shipped by express when you need to check fabric and print quality by hand. Sample lead time is typically five to seven days.
What shipping terms do you offer?
